Dosage

Mixing in glass: To mix place 1 scoop of MEGAPRO into a glass and fill with approximately 250ml of water (Milk can be used if desired), and stir with spoon for 15 seconds.

Mixing with shaker: To mix place 1 scoop of MEGAPRO into shaker and fill with approximately 250ml of water (Milk can used if desired), close lid and shake for 10 seconds.
