CNP Pro Recover is a powerful post-workout recovery formula. Post workout supplements are often misunderstood and therefore neglected but we can’t stress enough that the period following training is essential to recovery and the prevention of muscle breakdown. If you don’t take action during this critical window of opportunity (typically 30 minutes post-exercise) then you’ll miss a key time to improve and reach your goals.
Pro Recover has been specially formulated with specific amounts of high glycemic carbohydrates and easily absorbed di and tri peptide amino acids for rapid absorption to enhance recuperation and recovery. High concentrations of Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) replace the amino acids used during exercise and delay fatigue between regular bouts of exertion which make it ideal to be taken after any form of sport or exercise.
HOW DO I USE CNP PROFESSIONAL PRO RECOVER?
We think it works best if you mix 2 scoops (80g) in 400-500ml of cold water with a shaker bottle or spoon stir.
