When to take Destiny?
I drink my Destiny once or twice per day.
My first serve will be in the morning. You can be flexible when to take it in the morning. If I am exercising in the morning, I will take a scoop of Destiny before my exercise. If I am not exercising in the morning, then anytime I want to, it can replace my morning coffee, or a mid-morning pick-me-up. Destiny makes me feel great.
It gives me the energy to kick start my day, and is a great mid-morning pick-me-up. The focus is great, gets me dialled in at work, and that morning serve allows key ingredients to do what they need.
My second scoop I will take in the afternoon before I exercise. If I have already exercised in the morning, I will then take this serve mid-afternoon for that afternoon slump pick-me-up. Destiny always picks up my energy levels, improves my focus and mood, and I find it also helps to suppress my appetite (to get me to dinner without looking for snacks).
Can I take Destiny as my pre-workout?
I personally don't like the tingle feeling pre-workouts give. Destiny hasn't got that tingle ingredient (Beta Alanine). Destiny tastes great, and gives me the energy I need to get me through my workout.

How many scoops can I take daily?
I take 1-2 scoops daily.
Depending on your caffeine tolerance, I would suggest to start with 1/2 scoop and work your way up to 1 scoop.
If you tolerate caffeine, and pre-workouts, you can up your dosage to 1-2 scoops pre-workout. Just add more water in your shaker to dilute the extra scoop.
Can I take Destiny even if I am not going to the gym?
On my non exercise days, I will take 1 scoop of Destiny when it suits me. Mid-morning or mid-afternoon, it just makes me feel great. Picks up my energy levels, good focus, suppresses my appetite for a period of time, and just tastes nice. I can easily sip it at my desk working, or at home doing house work, and anytime really.
